Mecanical Drop Sets are not new. I can’t claim to have invented them, although I sure did a lot more development with these then anyone else before. This, however, is the first time someone enhanced this base of knowledge and codified it in a rational system for muscle-building. Based on precise but easy to understand biomechanical knowledge, it will allow you to use the same weight during the drop set, but in gradually more advantageous positions. Previously, any good coaches has one or two in these in his toolbox. You can now have a functional, brand-new system to integrate in your workout entirely based on Mechanical Drop Sets. But are they any better than traditional drop sets?

We all know using more weight means more stimulus on the muscles. When you drop the weight during a set, you also lower the stimulus placed on muscle fibers to grow. Sure, fatigue accumulates, but that does not mean muscle fibers get exhausted. Surely you’ve heard that to fully stimulate muscles fibers, they have to get exhausted. So using more weight, throughout the drop set, is a good thing. As far as I know, only Mechanical Drop Sets can achieve this, so this method offers a clear advantage on classic drop sets where the load is often too low to properly stimulate maximal growth. Be prepared to pay the price with some deep muscle soreness though! But it’ll allow you to curse my name to new, never seen before muscle growth.

This DVD contains highly intense Mechanical Drop Sets, properly demonstrated by my own staff, and shot by a professional. No camera-on-shoulder quality that makes dizzy following someone around! The format is slightly horizontally compressed to allow better view of the transitions from positions to positions.
