Henceforth, we will refer to MuscleDriveThru.com as “MDT.com” for the sake of simplicity. We do not own the actual domain name "mdt.com". MuscleDriveThru.com (MDT.com) is a property of DrakoMedias, established in Quebec city, Quebec, Canada. When we refer to DrakoMedias, we indicate the legal owners of MDT.com.

Client terms and conditions

A Client Account IS NOT necessary to purchase and download downloadable goods from MDT. Only those wishing to purchase MDT.com services need to open an account.

Opening an MDT.com account is free.

By becoming a registered user of MDT.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. PRIVACY: All information contained in your account is private and will be kept with utmost secrecy. It will be used solely to contact you about topics directly related to your participation in MDT.com activities, usage of MDT.com services or purchases you have made thru MDT.com. Your account still remains the property of DrakoMedias.
2. REFUND: Downloadable products being easy to acquire and copy, we will issue refunds of your purchases only when accompanied with a suitable explanation. Once a refund is issued to a user or client, that user’s purchase informations will be kept on file. Should excessive refund requests be filed, Drako Medias reserves the right to refuse a refund depending on the situation. This is necessary to prevent liar-theft strategies of eGoods provided by MDT.com provides.
3. USER AREA: User and client accounts on MDT.com are referred to as a “User Area”. It is not required to have an open account nor to be logged in to purchase a downloadable product in our eProducts catalogue. An account is necessary only to purchase eServices thru MDT.com. A user area is used to operate your relationship with other members and clients of MDT.com.
4. TERMINATION: Contact the administration to have your account closed.

Affiliate terms and conditions

By becoming a registered affiliate user of MDT.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions, and to the Client terms and conditions stated above.

1. EARNINGS: MDT.com affiliates earn 25% on the selling price of downloadable products, and 6% or all tangible shipped products, sold thru MDT.com, when the customer is first brought on the MDT.com website by the affiliate using his affiliate links, banners and material provided by MDT.com, and used as stipulated in the affiliate area. Affiliate earnings do not apply to Live Training time banks.
2. TRACKING SALES: A sale is attached to the referring affiliate with the use of the “cookie” web technology. Sales will be attached to an affiliate only if the customer is using a browser capable of using the “cookie” technology (most of browsers are cookie-enabled). A MDT.com affiliate “cookie” is set to be in place for 10 years starting the moment the customer visits the MDT.com website using an affiliate link.
3. EARNING PERIODS: There are two earning periods per month, from the 1st to the 15th of any given month inclusively, and from the 16th to the last day of any given month inclusively.
4. PAYMENT TIME: A payment time is a day where payments are issued for a defined earning period.
5. PAYMENTS: Earnings will be paid to affiliates one month after the end of an earning period, if the total amount of the earnings is at least 50$. When the total of earnings are below 50$US, the earnings are cumulated until they reach at least 50$US and paid the following payment day
6. EARNINGS CANCELATION: If a purchase is cancelled or refunded, Drako Medias has until the following payment day to cancel the. Once an earning has been paid, Drako Medias will not substract it from future earnings.
7. AFFILIATE ACCOUNT CANCELATION: We will automatically close an account where the affiliate user demonstrated behaviors that are illegal, indecent or represent a nuisance to the image of MDT.com or DrakoMedias. The cancellation of an account could void out any further issued payments and earning balances associated with the cancelled affiliate account, if the affiliate is found guilty of criminal act, or if his actions clearly harmed the image and credibility of MDT.com. For any other reasons, we will still payout the balance of closing accounts according to the terms explained on point 4 above.
8. ANTI-SPAM: Any clue that leads to the knowledge that an affiliate used SPAM or unsolicited email advertising to promote his affiliate link or MDT.com altogether will see his affiliate account closed automatically without further notice. We recommend solicited on-line advertising.
   

Authors/sellers terms and conditions

By becoming a registered author on MDT.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions, and to the Client terms and conditions stated above.

1. EARNINGS: The profit share resulting from a sale on MDT is called the “Seller’s share”. The Seller’s share starts with 70% of the profit resulting from the sale of a downloadable products sold thru MDT.com. Seller’s share of profit will be lowered according to these terms:
   1. Seller’s share may become 15% lower if an author uses F.Lepine Publishing’s services or other publisher's services.
   2. Seller’s share may become 25% lower if the sale was referred to MDT.com by one of our registered affiliate
   3. Seller’s share will be 10% lower for files bigger than 10MB
   4. Seller’s share will be another 10% lower for files bigger than 50MB

Translators terms and conditions

By becoming a MDT.com translator, you agree to the following terms and conditions, and to the Client terms and conditions stated above.

1. COMPETENCE: You will have to provide proof of your competence as a translator in the selected language. When you return a translated manuscript, MDT.com will take it as is, and it must be error free. Your account will be cancelled if further verification provides sufficient proof that you are a bad translator.
2. EARNINGS: An MDT.com translator earns 30% of the Seller’s share for downloadable products sold on MDT.com and paperback copies of the translated product, if any is issued. For example, if the remaining Seller’s share represent 70% of a product sale, then 3 tenth of this remaining amount will belong to the translator.
   You might be shut down if we notice you’re a bad ass translator.
